buy: Boise Real Estate The Fastest Comeback

Recently Core Logic reported that the Treasure Valley, that is the Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Idaho area is the fastest real estate comeback area in the country. So is this the time to buy a home in Boise? Well I think that still depends on what and why you are buying. Rents are going up, interest rates are the lowest ever, etc, etc. But there may still be reasons to rent. We don't know the future.
