If you are a Boise Realtor who wants leads, and have experience in calling and emailing to home buyers who log in freely to a website, show what they are looking for and are serious leads, we need you. We have a website that has great search engine placement as well as referred users from other web sites. False Advertising in Boise. And I am sure this goes on all over and I JUST DON'T understand how either the Real Estate commissions or the NAR and local Real Estate associations allow it. For the last few weeks there is a Realtor in a major branded company running ads on the radio. It is a very cocky ad saying that HE sells Thousands, yes Thousands of homes a year and MOST OTHER REALTORS SELL 2 OR 3 AND PICK UP A BUYER ALONG THE WAY! According to the MLS he has sold THREE! Not three this year, three EVER! Not (5 comments)

I just got of the phone with a guy who called me and said that his neighbor was moving. He had bought a new house and now had his first house up for a short sale! He wanted to know if he could do that. In Idaho banks can go after you for the amount difference between what they get for a short sale or a foreclosure. Maybe this hasn't been done yet. But I think your asking for it and someday someone is going to get it. If not illegal, this is certainly unethical. I know there are Realtors knowingly (7 comments)

Boise Realtors Short Sale training, like any Realtors anywhere should be questioned by both buyers and sellers but especially sellers. Failing to close an attempted short sale can have devastating effects, ending in foreclosure. Short sales can be difficult. Experience is very important. We started doing short sales a few years ago before the Boise Short Sale Boom. At that time few Realtors even attempted them. There was almost no training available. We learned the hard way. Just doing them. Most of the banks had small Loan Loss Mitigation departments that handled these and they were disorganized and difficult to work (0 comments)
