To reasons to not choose your tenant. I know, I know, what do I possibly mean? Not choose my tenant? But I want a good tenant? I want a tenant with a job? I want a tenant who will take care of my property.
Yep, I understand all of that. What you don't want is a prospect who will turn you into fair housing for discrimination.

Tracy, CA and surrounding areas has a very active rental market. Amazon came to town recently, and with it jobs, and people who needed a place to live. The local MLS service in Tracy, CA is Metrolist. Unfortunately for the consumer, Metrolist does not list rental properties. This means that the potential tenants have a very hard time finding rental properties. It also means that property owners who are looking for a Property Manager have a hard time finding a good property manager.
