The Worldgate Condos have a great location! They are close to the Reston Town Center but without the Town Center prices. They're minutes from the Toll Road and will be just a few minutes from one of the Silver Line Metro stops.on In 2017, 34 condos sold which was almost 31% more than 2016. The average days on market was lower too. 44 days in 2017 as compared to 49 days in 2016.

I previewed two condos today. They are both one bedroom homes in the same building, on the same floor at the same price. Condo #1 was vacant. Sales are slow this summer at Worldgate but it looks as if the prices are stable. In August, 1 unit sold. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Brighton section. It sold for $300,000 and was on the market for 60 days. In July, 1 unit sold. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Crescent section and was on the market for 5 days. It sold for $229,000.
