2013 home sales washington county: Nice Improvements in Single Family Homes Sales -- Washington County

Here we are nearly a full month into 2014, and what a year it was for single family home sales in Washington county in 2013. While we saw some fluctuations month-to-month in single family sales for Washington county throughout 2013, overall there was some nice improvement. The number of single family homes that sold in 2013 was up 22% over 2012.
The average sale price also saw a nice increase over the previous year -- 4%.
And homes were moving faster -- a 23% decrease over 2012.
