The clubhouse at Legacy Grove which is located in the East Limestone School District and is an easy drive to Redstone Arsenal and Research Park area and is ready for use by the home owners. The subdivision has homes ranging in the low 200's to Mid 200's. The association dues are very low ($240 per year). The clubhouse and pool were paid for by the developers so that association dues would remain low. A 60X40 pool is located behind the clubhouse.
