Coral Springs is organizing their 23rd Annual THANKSforGIVING Event. This outreach relies on community help to donate items for Thanksgiving baskets that go to families in need. Residents and business owners are asked to give to this worthy cause. Since 1988, over 4,064 baskets were made for local families. Non-perishable items needed include: canned yams, mashed or flaked potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, canned corn and green beans, canned fruit and cookies.
