The most likely explanation is kids are at school and spouses or parents are at work. That part hurts the most, because you are at work making an honest living and while someone is breaking into your place working at not making an honest living.
Below are a few tips that might assist you in keeping the DISHONEST on the Outside of YOUR HOME!

coral springs real estate: SELLING YOUR HOME AND FINDING NEXT ONE! - 04/30/13 08:57 PM
Interesting that Austin, Texas is facing the same market availability issues that Florida is.
We are selling homes VERY QUICKLY. The challenge is finding a property to put the displaced homeowners in.
We sold one home with 5 offers in 7 days. The seller would not sign any of them as they needed a place to go, so we took the property off the market and are STILL LOOKING for a home for them to move to. That was 4 months ago! We made another offer last night and are hopeful this one will work out.  Joy

coral springs real estate: Don’t Fall for Common Myths About Your Coral Springs Short Sale! - 05/18/12 02:25 AM
The current state of the Coral Springs real estate market and economy has made the short sale process more a part of the public’s consciousness. While this is not a new process, this common alternative to foreclosure was never very well-known by people until recent years. As a Coral Springs real estate agent, I have had experience in working with those who are interested in purchasing short sale properties, or who have needed to go through the process themselves in order to avoid the pain surrounding foreclosures.
What happens when processes like these become more popular and common is that inaccurate … (0 comments)

Real estate news has been centered for a while now on home affordability. Then today, Realtor Magazine posted an article that reiterated yet again how strong home affordability is, and that the historically low mortgage rates this week added another boost to homebuyers!
According to a Freddie Mac survey, 30-year fixed mortgage rate averaged … (2 comments)

coral springs real estate: Don’t Let Emotions Guide You During Your Coral Springs Real Estate Transaction - 04/06/12 08:17 AM
Throughout our years of experience as Coral Springs real estate agents, we have worked with many different kinds of home sellers. If there is one thing that we have learned, it’s that it is nearly impossible to completely eliminate emotions while you are listing, showing and closing on your home. The decision to sell is a big one, and there are also many years of memories and love put in to your home. It’s only natural, then, that you would feel a lot of emotions during the selling process. The key is not to let the emotions guide your decisions too … (1 comments)

coral springs real estate: Our Advice? Now is a Great Time to Buy a Home in Coral Springs! - 03/09/12 05:09 AM
The most recent statistics from Case-Shiller, the National Association of REALTORS and Fannie Mae all suggest one thing, and that’s the cautious optimism that is emerging from home buyers across the country. The Coral Springs real estate market is no exception. Pending home sales were higher in January than they have been in years, which suggests more buyer activity and more confidence in home ownership. As Coral Springs real estate agents, we aim to be 100% honest with our clients about when is the best time to buy or sell a home. With the spring market approaching quickly and home buyer … (5 comments)

coral springs real estate: Why Should I Hire a Coral Springs, FL Real Estate Agent, Anyway? - 02/24/12 05:35 AM
Throughout our many years as Coral Springs, FL real estate agents, we can’t tell you how many people we have come across who don’t think that they need professional help during their real estate transaction.  We’re not saying that buying or selling a home on your own is impossible, but there are so many benefits to using a Broward County real estate professional that we hate to see people go to unnecessary measures to complete their home sale or purchase. Making the decision to buy or sell a Coral Springs home is an exciting one; however it can also be incredibly … (0 comments)

coral springs real estate: How to Qualify for a Coral Springs Short Sale! - 02/10/12 08:21 AM
If you’ve been paying attention to real estate news over the past couple of years, then chances are you have seen the words “short sale” over and over again. For those of you who don’t know, the term “short sale” refers to what happens when a homeowner falls behind on mortgage payments and the lender agrees to accept less than what is owed.  From there, the homeowner sells their property and gives whatever it sells for to the lender, and all other debt is forgiven. This is seen as a more attractive option to foreclosure. So when we encounter people who … (3 comments)

coral springs real estate: Put a Better Bra on You'll be Fine! - 02/07/12 05:21 AM
I have a disco- themed party to go to this month, so I have been building an outfit.  I have everything but the perfect top, so I keep coming home with various choices and then returning them.
Found a sparkly one that I thought would be perfect but it looked lousy.  Not wanting to keep another top, I did not need, I announced to my Mother that I was returning it!

My Mom and I have lived together for 25 years (she was widowed, so she raised my girls, so I could work these unpredictable real estate hours). She said, WHY?  … (5 comments)

coral springs real estate: What Will Turn Off Coral Springs Homebuyers? - 01/27/12 09:13 AM
Many Coral Springs homeowners will undergo a few remodeling projects before listing their home on the local real estate market. There are several reasons for this, the primary one being that in a down market, homes are selling for less, and making upgrades and updating a home could add to its value. As Coral Springs real estate agents, however, we feel that we need to warn clients who rely on remodeling that not all updates will impress buyers and add to their home’s value. Some remodeling efforts, in fact, may actually turn off home buyers.
It’s difficult to know what will … (1 comments)
