I just attended a seminar by a lender offering USDA 100% funding. Wow, what a great opportunity to get into a home with no down-payment! There are some twists and turns to the program but in gerneral it doesn't seem too difficult. Write back if you have a USDA loan or would like to know more about getting one. … (0 comments)
