Exciting news in Desert Hot Springs this evening! the city council has voted to move ahead with a 34M redevelopment bond.The bond is A rated ranking it as good as Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage! this is great news for the city known for having some of the best water in the world and it's natural hot mineral springs. The bond will provide monies for new streets, rehab the small downtown area and the city will buy parcels Pierson Dr. making it possible to eventually build a city center to mention a few of the plans.
