In many locations you worry about getting off the beaten path or getting lost in an unsafe part of town. It's also hard to find local flavor and culture unless you know a local resident or happen upon a talkative Concierge at your hotel. I really believe that Fort Worth is different... If you are staying downtown you can step outside at any time of day or night … (0 comments)

keller williams realty: Riding the TRE from downtown Fort Worth to Dallas - 09/03/12 10:49 PM
So after living in the T&P Lofts for 5 months and looking out the window at the train below, I finally decided to check it out. I had a really nice trip over to the Dallas West-end where a friend & I enjoyed a day of walking and site-seeing. We saw the 6th Floor Museum, The Dallas Aquarium and had pizza at Campisi's.

Estate issues, survey encroachments, black mold, short sales, scheduled foreclosures, pool leaks... you name it!
Most real estate transactions go smoothly, and quite often I am pleased to say that a pro-active approach based upon years of experience has enabled me to … (1 comments)
