deltona: August MLS statistics for Orange & Seminole Counties - 09/09/07 10:22 AM
The MLS stats for August '07 are out for Orange and Seminole County.  The trends I acknowledged for the July stats continue.  The inventory of listings has flattened out to some degree, but it still gradually increased by +295 properties.  The number of sold and pending listings has slightly decreased and days on market has slightly increased. Inventory would still be skyrocketing if the number of withdrawn and expired listings were not steadily increasing each month. All this tells me that the market has not yet bottomed out.
