July was an absolute rocking month for sales in Central Florida. Realtors with our office sold some 44 properties in Central Florida during July 2011. It is amazing just how cheap you can buy properties for right now. I posted on Facebook on last month asking just how low can you buy a 3 bedroom concrete block house in a decent neighborhood for. In February, we broke the record and sold a 3/2/2 for just $11,000. But then in June we broke that record yet again and sold a 4/2 for only $6,000. May 2011 is come and gone and another strong month for sales in the Orlando Florida real estate market. Below is just a short sampling of the many homes that we sold last month. Lots of great deals out there due to all the foreclosures and short sales.

February 2011 was a very interesting month for real estate sales in Orlando Florida. Our office closed some 35 deals in the Mid-Florida area last month. The big difference for February was for the first time that I can recall we sold more deals representing buyers than we did representing sellers. In fact we sold 14 listings and 21 buyer side deals. Typically those numbers are reversed. If you are a cash buyer looking at REOs, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to snatch up cheap houses and condos in Central Florida. Hard to believe but the first month in 2010 is already behind us. So what happened. January is typically a slower month than most because deals typically take around 30 days to close, and there is less buying/selling activity in December due to the holiday season. Never-the-less, plenty of great deals happened. Take a look at some of the properties featured below that our office sold last month.
