The latest real estate market statistics are now available for Orange County Florida, Seminole County Florida, and metro Orlando. All information is provided by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. You can get detailed info at the Realtor website. Listings are up a little bit over the last 2 months and solds are down a little as well. However for the most part things are relatively flat. Inventory, pendings, and solds have basically stayed about the same for most of the last 15 months or so.
