I was out viewing foreclosure homes today in Deltona Florida.  This particular house on the video is actually an REO that I was thinking of bidding on until I came and saw it.  It needs a medium amount of rehab and actually has a decent kitchen, a nice master bathroom, and a swimming pool.  It is listed for $47,000 and I was thinking of offering in the mid 30s until I saw the sinkhole damage.
