This is the latest project I started working on.  A 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo unit in west Orlando Florida. 
The first step is getting the kitchen and bathrooms back together.  Then the walls and painting.  Then the flooring.  Then the light fixtures and accessories.  
Estimated time to finish is 30 days or less.  Enjoy the video.

I buy condominiums throughout Florida.  If you have a condo to sell quickly, please give me a call.  Over the years I have bought many condos from sellers in all sorts of situations.  Condos can be a little trickier than just buying a single-family house.  As a condo owner, you are sort of in partnership with the condo association and board.  They have their own rules,  their monthly dues, and occasionally a special assessment.  I have dealt with enough condos as both an owner and as a Realtor to help steer around many of the various problems that can arise.
