Middletown, CT, CT is not thought of as a farm town, but both the South-Side and Northwest-Side of Middletown have several working farms. The one in the picture above and below are just down the street from me, less than 1/4 mile away. Besides the cows, horses, and crops on these farms, they also grow their own hay. This past Sunday on my way from church, to local Farmers were out bailing the hay they cut earlier in the week.
