Right now there are 33 docks on Lake Arrowhead listed for sale in our multiple listing service, ranging in price from $24,900 to $190,000 (the median list price being $58,000).  Three docks are currently in escrow and their list prices range from $65,000 to $95,000 (with the median price of $85,000). 
Sales of Lake Arrowhead docks (year-to-date) is at 18 with sales prices ranging from $28,000 to $157,500.  The median sales price was $49,250.  The list-to-sale percentage averaged 93.03% and the average time on market was 210.17 (or just about 7 months).  The range for days on market went all the … (0 comments)

Welcome to the new and (hopefully) improved Weekly Market Update for the Lake Arrowhead communities.  Each week we'll be looking at the real estate activity as reported in the Rim O' the World multiple listing service.  Keep in mind that there could be other listings, sales, etc, that are happening via private party, out-of-area agents (who are not members of our local MLS), and the like, so my statistics will be skewed a bit.  You will, however, get a very good "snapshot" of the overall maket.

When you're looking to purchase a bank-owned property, there are many things you'll want to know: How much you should offer, what costs will the bank pay, what to do if there are multiple offers, how much of a deposit should you put down, what kind of response should you expect from the bank, what paperwork is involved, etc, etc, etc.
