weekly market update: Lake Arrowhead, Crestline & Running Springs Real Estate: Weekly Market Update (11/30/08 through 12/06/08) - 12/08/08 04:44 AM
Numbers for this past week are not too different from the week before that:  Total inventory of single-family dwellings in our multiple listing service sits at 888 units.  Eighty-one homes are currently in escrow and another 11 successfully closed (these averaged 128 days on market and a list-to-sale percentage of 92%).  Fifteen new properties were listed....

weekly market update: Lake Arrowhead, Crestline & Running Springs Real Estate: Weekly Market Update (11/23/08 through 11/29/08) - 12/06/08 07:30 AM
Total inventory of single family homes in our multiple listing service dropped back down to 889 units.  There are currently 80 properties in escrow and, over the last 7 days, 11 homes successfully closed escrow.  These homes averaged 84.9 days on market and sold for an average of 91.8% of their list prices.  Twenty-five new homes were added to the inventory in the past week's time.

weekly market update: Running Springs Real Estate: Weekly Market Update (10/19/08 through 10/25/08) - 10/27/08 08:32 AM
 It was a fairly average market for the last week in the Running Springs, Arrowbear and Green Valley Lake communities: 6 new listings, 18 in escrow and a total inventory of 202 single-family homes for sale.  Median list prices continue to sit right around $240K....though we saw not one sale in the past 7 days.

 Numbers in Crestline remain consistent:  6 new listings, 26 pending properties and 3 sales.  The median list price stays very stable - almost always right around $240K or thereabouts.  Median sales price appears to be higher than usual....
