I recieved a call from an agent who is representing the buyer in the sale of one of my listings. The call reminded me of the movie "What Ever Happend to Baby Jane". The agent tells me "the home inspection report states there are rats in the attic". REALLY??? This house is 6 years old and gets monthly pest control. I ask to see the report. The Inspector calls me.
