The elevation certificate is a FEMA approved form used for filing the results of a ground elevation survey.  This elevation certificate gives the homes elevation from the base flood line.  This elevation certificate is important for obtaining homeowners insurance when the home is located in a "flood zone".  The elevation certificate will provide the information needed to give you a fair insurance rate since not every home in a flood zone has the same elevation and should be insured based on their individual elevation.

I recieved a call from an agent who is representing the buyer in the sale of one of my listings.  The call reminded me of the movie "What Ever Happend to Baby Jane".  The agent tells me "the home inspection report states there are rats in the attic".  REALLY???  This house is 6 years old and gets monthly pest control.  I ask to see the report. The Inspector calls me. Goofing Around at Universal Studios Orlando  Jaws Attacks!!                                                                                      .    Some Days we bring our Lap-Tops and Cell phones out by the pool to enjoy some fresh air and get some work done.  My Niece and Nephew are enjoying the pool on this day.  Florida is not all fun and games.  I work hard for my customers and it shows in everything I do.  We are just lucky enough to have great places to have fun and relax year round.
