The statistics have been tabulated for residential sales that occurred in Mobile County and Baldwin County during the month of October according the Gulf Coast MLS data (Mobile Association of Realtors) and the MLS data from the Baldwin County Association of Realtors. The results show that we felt the current uncertainty of our economy. There was a decrease in the number of sales in both counties. The number of buyers has decreased in the past month. Well I guess it is a good news when a major media site ranks you in the top 10 of anything. Last week CNN Money released its top 10 markets where a bounce back can be expected. I am not sure what the Mobile area is bouncing back from because it has been a really good market for home price appreciation since the fall of 2005. CNN Money has ranked Mobile in its top ten cities in the country.
