There is always something new in residential real estate sales and sometimes you have to make a choice: should I stay or should I go? After being recruited by some companies and interviewing with three I decided to go with a company that best fit my needs and my clients needs. I decided on RealtySouth. Are your investors buying right now? I see this market being such a great opportunity for investors and I wish I currently had the means to buy a few properties myself. Being in Birmingham Alabama, our market has fared the storm pretty well with very few areas of Birmingham homes losing value. There are a lot of foreclosures on our market but less than the nationwide average. Cash buyers have a great opportunity for buying some of these foreclosures.
