new agent: How does a new agent choose a company - 01/08/09 03:34 PM
I guess there should be some advantage of being in the business for 30 years and managing small and large offices for more than 1/2 of that time.
The other day,  a friend of a friend,  ask me if I would give them some advice about how to choose a company for a new agent.  I know that it took me a couple of years after I got my license before I realized where I needed to be and what questions I really needed to ask in the interview:  In truth, it is very hard,  when interviewing, to get apple to … (8 comments)

In California,  you can even get a brokers license and open an office without any experience if you have a college degree.  This was intended to take the industry out of a blue collar mode.  Well it didn't.  In fact,  most … (4 comments)
