quality: Why don't we strive for excellence??

As an ex-manager of large offices for many years, I think I can speak honestly about the industry. It has always bothered me that the test for most people in the industry is dollars, not quality service. Just because you sell the most houses, doesn't make you the best agent. In fact, many of the top agents, trained in the Mike Ferry approach to selling, rarely interface with their clients or the other agent. I have done transactions where I never spoke with the other agents and communicated just a few times by email...... while their marginally trained admin assistants did (2 comments)
