On this day before Thanksgiving, I hope you are not getting drug down by all the "chicken little" press that claims the sky is falling. Even Warren Buffet says it is not as bad as people think. Yes, there is a problem but we always find a way out. My experience tells me that how your day turns out is based on whether you focus on all the things that went wrong or all the things that went right. i have heard so much whinning from agents in the last few months. If you listened to them, it is Chicken Little all over again. Is it harder than it was last year ......yes. But, compared to the rest of the US, our market is amazing. I have been showing property in the Cambrian area. Houses that are priced right (not low, right) and staged properly, they sell. In fact, we lost two houses before we finally got one approved last friday. And, when we ran the comps, houses were selling within 3 percent of list price. Yes, some of them … (4 comments)
