bayside san diego condos: Bayside San Diego Condos | 2012 2nd & 3rd Quarter Sales Update - 10/23/12 08:42 AM
Bayside condos in San Diego are still in high demand and currently only resales are available for sale as developer owned inventory has been sold out (to the exception of a few penthouse units).
Below is the sales summary for all condos sales at Bayside in the six month period starting April 1st 2012 and ending on September 31st 2012.
As expected residences at this San Diego high rise condo complex sell at a premium per square foot compared to condos in other similar buildings were you can still find prices below $400 a foot typically for bank owned units and short sales.
