As it tends to be every year, Pacific Gate is the most expensive of San Diego luxury condo towers followed by Savina by BOSA.

The range varied between $180,000 for a studio residence at Smart Corner on the East Village to $4,100,000 for a 5,160 Sq Ft, 4 bed, 4 bath residence at Meridian luxury high rise in the Marina District.

With historical low interest rates and home prices at about 35% below from those at the peak in 2007, its still a great time to get into a downtown San Diego luxury condo residence.
