Community Guidelines are simply the "Golden Rule" and not only apply to activity in ActiveRain but in life. Applying ethics, manners, courtesy, and especially accountability, to your activity in marketing as well as operating your Real Estate business and your life. There are community Guidelines (aka RULES) in every aspect of our lives, be it home, work, social media, the library, a sports bar, traffic, etc. All have different rules of acceptable behavior, and it is your responsibility to know and understand the "Rules".
