Fall and winter are great times to sell. We are seeing a reduction in inventory, but an increase in qualified buyers. This means if you are looking to sell this year you still have 4 months to market your property to a more qualified buyer and less competition for that buyer.
When we review the sales for the 1st quarter of 2017, 20% of the inventory for the year sold. In the 2nd quarter-spring and usually the best time to sell, 29%. The 3rd quarter was close behind at 27% and the surprise was the 4th quarter with Christmas, Thanksgiving and all … (3 comments)
