It's August 2023 and if you are considering taking advantage of today's high Real Estate Prices now is the time! The greater Philadelphia Market has 18.5 less contracts written than this time last year and 14.6 fewer listings! What does that mean? Median Prices are 2.6% higher! There is still great demand for larger homes for first time home buyers and move up buyers. I'm seeing some softness in 55+ Community Home prices. Welcome to Delaware County, or "Delco"! There are 10 great 55+ Communities in Delaware County PA. Inventory has been vary tight and homes have sold very quickly in this market. Golfview offers 3 listings as I publish today, 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhomes with one completely renovated! Foxfield at Naamans Creek offers a terrific End Unit Townhome and a 3 bedroom, 3 bath single home to see.
