AT REAL ESTATE PIPELINE, complaints are viewed as opportunities.
How so?
Well, we believe the vast majority of the time, clients who contact us with a complaint value our service and want to continue working with us - they just need to have a grievance addressed.
Worse is an angry client who doesn't contact us. Our thinking is that if a client is upset and doesn't bother getting in touch with us, they probably have simply decided not to work with our company any longer.
Those folks will be taking their business elsewhere - and they will share their dissatisfaction with their friends and associates along the way.

HERE AT Real Estate Pipeline, complaints are taken very seriously. On occasion, we handle complaints from agents about a particular lead we have forwarded them. Other times, referrals contact us with complaints about the agent we connected them with.
Complaints not properly addressed can lead to formal action being taken by state regulators or negative reviews being posted on consumer sites.  
It seems that much of the time, complaints are similar, oftentimes caused by the same set of circumstances.

real estate agents: Soften that 'Hard-Sell' - 03/13/12 11:48 PM
Some time ago we interviewed agents who have been successful working referrals from our service and compiled their suggestions and insights into a brochure we call the "Learn and Earn." We then send that brochure to new agents who begin working with Real Estate Pipeline in hopes that it helps them find a higher level of success with our service.

real estate agents: At home in Montana - wintertime or not - 02/06/12 12:59 AM
I live in Montana. It is February. The pale light of the short days of winter, temperatures below freezing and snow crusted with frost define my part of the world. That won't change anytime soon.
I sit in the office, considering where to call. Enough buyers come into our service that almost anywhere in North America is an option. So I look for leads in Florida, southern California, maybe South Carolina and Arizona. I pull up websites of faraway agents featuring patios and pools, green grass and best of all, beaches and oceans.
