There is a quaint town in the middle of the state, about an hour and a 45 minute ride from our house called Leesburg. Once a year they have their "Bike Week". Steve and I rode out there yesterday (and it hurts to sit today!) to join the festivities. Leesburg Bikefest has really grown to rival Daytona's Bike Week. Bikers come from all over the country to see what's happening there and the latest and greatest in choppers, bike paint, biker clothes etc...

jessies law: Keeping Children Safe~Jessie's Story Cont. Jury Has A Verdict - 03/14/07 11:23 AM
The Jury in a 10-2 vote has recommended the death penalty in the murder/rape and kidnapping of 9 year Jessica Lunsford today. The verdict came in at about 540 EST. This however is not the end of the story, the judge in the case is the one that actually decides if Couey lives or dies by lethal injection and that decision could still take several weeks. I hope the judge goes with their decision.
 
I don't care what kind of upbringing anyone had. Rape and Murder are wrong. The defense tried to say Coueys upbringing was the cause of his "troubles" and … (3 comments)

Earlier today I posted Keeping Children Safe ~ Jessie's Story, One I'm Close To about the Jessica Lunsford Tragedy. Jessica Lunsford's story does not end with today's conviction of John Couey.
