Hopefully the Lunsford family can sleep a little easier tonight.The judge just gave John Couey, the man that buried little Jessica Lunsford alive the death penalty.
I wonder, how long will he sit on Death Row. How long does it take the state of Florida to put a sentenced person to death?
Why do murders get an appeals process?
The person they murdered didn't get to make any appeals.
Little Jessie was told she was going home, instead she was put into a hole after being bound and placed into garbage bags. No appeals, no nothing, but a stuffed dolphin and darkness.

Mark is testifying in front of Judge Howard, the man who is left with the decision of letting John Couey, the man who buried young Jessie alive, live or die. In March the jury who found Couey guilty of murdering little Jessica and recommended death, in Florida it is the Judge who will makes the final call.

I need to start this particular post by saying  ~
No Parent Deserves To Have Their Child Kidnapped.
Please keep in mind, I am not writing this to judge the parents of this beautiful child. Things are done different in other countries. I hope and pray that this little angel is found safe and reunited with her parents soon.
I'm writing this in response to a piece Good Morning America right here in the United States after Madeleine's kidnapping. They had a reporter ask parents if they ever leave their children alone... When I saw this piece I saw RED.

I just found out tonight that Dateline NBC was right here in my back yard filming its series To Catch A Predator, The Episode is called The scariest potential predator. I don't know when, but judging from the wreath on the door of the decoy home they used (that I recognized) it was around the Christmas Holidays. I'm surprised it wasn't in the paper or on the news, if it was neither Steve nor I heard about it. It's happened again, another man has been arrested for trying to meet a 15 yr old teen age girl in person after hooking up with her on Myspace. The arrest happened last night in Rockledge FL. after the teens parents notified the police when they found out about the meeting after finding a excessive phone bill recently. Is it me or has any other members statistics taken quite a hit with the new dashboard set up? My "Keeping Children Safe" series usually get over 500 views and my most recent about Richard Allen Davis, the man who took the life of Polly Klaashas only received 72 views in the 72 hours its been in the system and 0 comments. Are others having this problem? My series is almost over and I'm about to make a very important point.
