Omni Health and Fitness Center in Fayetteville This morning my wonderful husband decided it was time for us to get back to our fitness routine. Since it is rather cold outside this means hitting the gym. We are members of the Omni Health and fitness Center here in Fayetteville NC. We purchased our membership last year, and were very happy with the facilities, the location and the hours.
