Yes, you really need to leave for showings! A lot of sellers ask if they really need to leave and I always respond YES! There are several reasons behind this. While they sound simple or not important, they are. The buyers are not coming to see you, they are coming to see the home. If the sellers are there in the home, the buyers feel uncomfortable walking through the home. They will not open closets, or bedroom doors.
