What Sold on North Whidbey Island Last Month? For the month of March, 2011, there were 32 residential properties that sold on the north end of Whidbey Island (north of Penn Cove at Libbey Road). Of these 32 properties, there were 28 single family homes sold, and 4 condos/townhouses that sold.
The most expensive home to sell was an eastside no-bank waterfront home on the beach facing Saratoga Passage and Mt Baker in Mariner's Cove.
