Do I have to "Paint" my home to sell it?It depends! Many homes are decorated beautifully and tastefully with colors that are to the owners preference. But what if your home is painted green and all my furniture is pink and blue. Yes, maybe I do need new furniture! But the point is that I cannot picture my belongings in your home. Therefore, I go to the next home.I suggest that the home be "neutralized". Paint it colors that will go with any furniture.
