eligibility: Where are the USDA eligible properties?

One of the most common questions I receive is, "How can I tell if the property I'm interested in is eligible for a USDA - RD loan"? I could give you a long list of requirements but here's the simplest way to tell. First, click on the following link: http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do
You should see a window that looks like this:
On the left side you will see a column labeled Eligibility. Under Property Eligibility click on the link Single Family Housing.When you see the disclaimer, choose Accept. The next window looks like this:
