I saw this video and it reminded me of the power of words and how we use them. We are what we think. The average person has over 30,000 thoughts each day and over 80% of them are usually negative. 
Neuro pathologists and scientists working on unlocking the mysteries of our brain now know that each and every thought we have releases chemicals in our brain and in turn every cell in our bodies.
