ia home inspector: Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

I just finished reading an article in my local paper about a Davenport, IA man who has passed away from carbon monoxide poisoning. Very sad story...a preliminary investigation indicated that the man and his wife were exposed to high levels of carbon monoxide because of an improperly installed vent cap on the roof, which appeared to be recently installed. I just wanted to write a quick post wishing everyone a great Thanksgiving Day. Whats your favorite part? Football games...big meal...after Thanksgiving shopping...or just spending time with your family? Mine has to be the football. I'm a big Dolphins fan(been a little rough this year), my wife is from Green Bay and has to be a Packer fan...so this will be fun tomorrow. And as a bonus this year...Iowa Hawkeyes play on Friday!
