purchase loans: Increased loan limits for 2018 effective January 1st - 01/04/18 11:17 AM
I'm not sure if you knew, but this is kind of a big deal!  
Fannie and Freddie have increased their loan limits, effective January 1st, 2018. 
Up until 2016 the limits had not increased for the prior 10 years when it was stuck at $417,000 for a 1 unit property in the contiguous states.  In 2017 that limit was increased to $424,100 and now it's $453,100!
