When it was easy in the Real Estate Business there was a migration to the business. People quit their real job for a Real Estate business to make some easy money. During the storm there was an exodus. That’s when I got back into the business. People thought I was crazy. Why would you want to be in the RE Brokerage business now?! After the Storm, when the sun comes out the survivors will be standing in the sun and will appreciate the fact that they survived the storm. Our year has started out much better, hope yours has as well. I am looking forward to finding the new normal in the real estate equation.
I hit the pillow on the eve of 2012 and thought "This is going to be a good year". I asked my Real estate partner Heather (and wife, yes I sleep with my business partner) if she thought people all around the U.S. would be thinking the same thing?

I am a Broker in both Idaho and Wyoming. With Cerifications for Equator, e-PRO, GRI and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure) I just asked myself "What does it REALLY Mean"? After considering this for a moment I offer this:
Each and every Certification course and test comes with a learning experience (you would expect that right) When we are willing to spend time, money and effort to gain accreditation we show a commitment to learning.
