With just over 11 months of inventory there are less homes to choose from and with more buyers per home we may see a shift in our market. This 12 Month Low may have something to do with the banks stall in foreclosure over the robo signing? It is most definatly effected by sellers that do not want to take a hit in this downturn in the market and are holding on till values come back some to list their home. Heather and I have some Clients that have contracted with us to sell their High End Homes in Teton Valley Idaho. We have homes in the Driggs, Victor and Tetonia area. Our goal in business is to do the very best we can for each and every Client. So when we got a call on Thursday afternoon to show Shadows Den on Friday we had the snow removed from the decks, made sure the home was ready to present and reworked our Friday to ensure we had time to show it well.
