With just over 11 months of inventory there are less homes to choose from and with more buyers per home we may see a shift in our market. This 12 Month Low may have something to do with the banks stall in foreclosure over the robo signing? It is most definatly effected by sellers that do not want to take a hit in this downturn in the market and are holding on till values come back some to list their home. West Group closed Friday August 5th on a home in Teton Reserve, we love it when our clients are happy. I like what I do! Does this mean I never have to work? (I read once that if you like what you do "you never have to work".)

I read in a marketing book a while back a phrase about getting your "UNFAIR SHARE" of the market. I have used this to explain how I was doing in our down market and had a conversation with an Architect friend, this is something how it went: Q: How is your brokerage doing? As we expand into new markets we also expand our technology. West Group Real Estate now Listing Homes for sale and offering buyer services in the St Anthony and Rexburg areas of Fremont County and Madison County Idaho. In Teton Valley we do not use the Supra Keys and lock boxes.
