Frontier Corner in Victor Idaho was one of my first development ventures. I brought the city its first Planned Unit Development. When this project is fully built out it will have roughly 22,000 square feet of commercial building space and roughly 21,000 square feet of mixed office residential.
My vision for this development was a little ahead of its time. With zero lot lines and a mixed use plan setting the buildings to the front and the parking behind out of site. With this plan I set the stage for a walk-able community. My … (0 comments)
Listed by County this report includes DOM (days on the market), Median Sales Price (50% of the homes sold are below and 50% of the homes sold are above), the median differs from the average, if one sale of 2.5 million takes place it causes the average to go way up but does not affect the median as drastically. … (0 comments)
