technology: Home for sale St Anthony Idaho, Expanding into New Markets and New Technology

As we expand into new markets we also expand our technology. West Group Real Estate now Listing Homes for sale and offering buyer services in the St Anthony and Rexburg areas of Fremont County and Madison County Idaho. In Teton Valley we do not use the Supra Keys and lock boxes. So when I locked the door and realized I just locked the key in the lockbox with the infrared key on the kitchen counter it dawned on me that with every new technology comes a learning curve. I am testing some new technology, and have just logged on from the middle of nowhere (officially). In fact I asked on star { humor } if they could verify my location and it is confirmed, this is in the middle of nowhere. I am sitting in the shade of a tree off the highway between Peach Springs and Seligman Arizona on old Rout 66. Connected to the internet and checking my emails and web mail. Ever set up an online conference only to have technology failure your only presentation? Here are a few suggestions: •· Test all technology prior to needing it (I now can tether my laptop to my blackberry supposedly, but will not try using it with a client till I know it is reliable). •· Practice makes perfect (test your new tech tools with friends and family). •· If you want to use tech tools as part of your marketing plan, plan to be able to explain why it works. •· Do not count on other people's abilities to provide the technology.
