valley: I’m Gonna be Late for Dinner Again

Last night I called Heather and let her know I was going to be late for dinner. I just got a call to do a drive by BPO and I was going to take the order. I live in Teton Valley Idaho (ID)and the servicer wanted me to do a broker price opinion in Grovertown Indiana (IN).
The servicer’s accent made me wonder if she was a virtual assistant from somewhere outside of the US. Not that everyone in the US would know that ID is for Idaho and IN is for Indiana. In fact I am not sure … (9 comments)
valley: Inventory Falling to 12 Month Low in Teton County Idaho, Driggs and Victor

With just over 11 months of inventory there are less homes to choose from and with more buyers per home we may see a shift in our market. This 12 Month Low may have something to do with the banks stall in foreclosure over the robo signing? It is most definatly effected by sellers that do not want to take a hit in this downturn in the market and are holding on till values come back some to list their home. The Learning Academy is The Private School in Teton Valley just south of Driggs Idaho. Pierre's Playhouse will be showing the movie BUCK rated PG Starting Friday Sep 16 @ 7:30. Buck won awards at the Sundance film festival and has awesome reviews. valley: Thursday Cruise Night July 1st Victor Idaho

Announcement: Thursday Cruise Night (July 1st, 2010) is being hosted at the new "Cheeseburger Factory" on Main Street in Victor across from the Phillips 66 station. This is there second night to be open. All members get "free" cheeseburgers from 6pm to 7pm. We hope to have the newspapers there for the event. So get your rods and rides out that night and let's get some exposure.
Around 7:30pm after we have filled up on Burgers, we'll take a ride and enjoy some of this summer weather that has finally arrived.

Here is yet another great reason we love Teton Valley Idaho. As I take our girls for a ride on the sleigh we have a chance to visit and grow. On this kind of expedition something amazing happens, we talk to each other. In this modern era of electronics and gadgets this is not as common as it should be. Anyone have kids that listen to an iPod or text while riding with you in the car? While on a sleigh ride things slow down a century or so. Homes for sale, time to take advantage of the great deals in Teton Valley Idaho, Driggs, Victor, Tetonia and Teton County. Three and a half months left to take advantage of the tax credits to purchase homes. If you arrange financing ahead of time it is possible to close a property in 45 (best case, 20+/-) days. That leaves roughly 60 days to find the house that fits your needs, negotiate the contract and make a deal.
