Gentle Reader - here in the Real (Estate) World I was heartened to receive several responses - all positive - from Realtors in different areas of the country, even those areas supposedly hard hit by this recent financial (who-knows-what-to-call-it). And EVERY person had something good to say about what's happening for them and others in their markets. So I have a proposal - I welcome your responses posted here - or we could establish some other venue - Let's talk about what good "stuff" is happening in our individual markets!
