The Lake Providence home sales numbers are incredible for 2011. Unless they were under-reported by the on-site agents, sales were up 233% over 2010. Resales accounted for 7 of the sales both in 2010 and 2011. This shows a consistent number of people "leaving" the neighborhood. With the number of home going up dramatically, the percentage of resales dropped from 12% to less than 5%!

The Real Estate market in Middle Tennessee is still struggling to pick up while sales in this Del Webb community continue to stay strong. Lake Providence by Del Webb sold 66 homes in the first half of 2011. Of those closed, 62 were New homes and only 4 were resales. Of the 11 Homes for Sale in Lake Providence, only 5 are Resales.
