Here is a picture of a closet full of shoes that were left behind from a family that needed to move in 24 hours or my buyer was not going to purchase the home. The seller had plenty of warning to move from this house. Yes, it was a divorce situation. The Ex-wife was getting back at her husband by refusing to move. I informed the selling agent that we need to ensure the house is empty before 5 PM.
